Yes sir. It is the Part II of political Science.

secondly, all those aspirants who are seeking notes, they must remember that by studying notes of the other people they can never cross 100 or maximum 110 marks. therefore, if anybody wants to score well, they must make their mind for giving at least 2 months of extensive and intensive study to this subject, exclusively, and make their own notes. otherwise, please don't make a blunder of dealing with this juggernaut.

Thank you

I have opted Political science as an optional for CSS, but unfortunately i'm new to this subject. I hope i can cover it but with a strategy.
Can you please guide how to begin with the syllabus so that i may understand all the terms.
For example, if i directly go for the Western thoughts, i may not understand what are they saying, until i have my basic knowledge.

you can only gain "basic knowledge" by reading quality books. Just get required and authentic material and start working on it.

"i may not understand what they are saying," you will understand obviously just start it. Everyone, at some point, confronts a new subject in CSS. Only by reading one learns concepts n basic jargon.
That's it, fella just start it and don't worry.
