Default Difference between C. Law and Pol. systems

Respected Member! The paper of C. Law is restricted to the organic laws or constitutions of some selected countries while the subject of P. Systems somprehends the specific political culture, evolution and all those things which influence or are the potential influentials in a political system. Don't forget to mention relevent articles in your text while answering your questions in the subject of C. Law. Regards

Just for the sake of arguments if i condone whatever you have written here is correct;let you explain me how would you pose two different answers for the same question. For example if , in both exams, examiner asks you 'Role of Judicial Review in USA' or 'discuss Supremacy of Parliament in UK ' , how differently you will answer in both exams. I mean how different you answer will be in both papers.

Remember Respected Member! Political System is a whole and Constitutional Law forms only a part of it. For further details please consult your own post (2nd last in this thread). Regards

Let me explain it.
The study of political systems is general while constitutional law's study is more specific. Political system of a country tells us about prevailing systems and institutions and how they work. On the other hand constitutional law explains in term of constitution that what legalize and to some extant rationalize their working. Why does president enjoy immunity is constitutional issue and president holds immunity is a political one.
Answering a question of P.S with constitutional references and terms will make you to get maximum marks but with general and political approach in constitutional question, you will get minimum marks. This is reason of low scoring in C.L paper despite scoring high marks in P.S Paper B.
I think it should be clear now.

Yes, of course. It would benefit you but you must remember that Constitutional Law has lost its charm of yore when it had been considered as a scoring subject and same is the case with the subject of Political Science. If you've a Political Science background then you might score well otherwise I'll advise you to please keep a safe distance from this subject because it's too lengthy a subject with a low scoring trend.
Anyhow, you've got your choice so Good luck!
