Hi, Will anybody kindly help me to tell me some links about sources of conflicts and role of an international organization to resolve them? I am allowed to use references from 2011 -2014 only. Thank you in advance

Can't think of any source or link, but you can mention the case of Syrian conflict; Where (a) the Arab League tried twice to end the conflict by Arab League plan 2011-12
(b) Russia proposed talks in Moscow
(c) Joint effort of Arab League/UN under Kofi Annan
(d) Geneva 2, an International conference on Syrian crises.

Well any political or geographical conflict between nation states that affects their national interests, comes under the domain of Political Science, For instance Kashmir issue, Palestine,Nuclear Iran, or Syrian crises etc.
International Organizations such as UN more often tries to resolve it through peaceful means such as Judicial settlement, either by ICJ or any mediator for instance World bank, as accepted by the involved parties or any other state such as US in case of Palestine and Israel.
