Default Can I opt one subject of 100 Marks only from Group 2
Hello seniors. For Group 2 of optional subjects, it says in CE-16 public notice that "one subject of 200 marks or two subjects of 100 marks each can be opted". Does that mean I can't opt one subject of 100 marks only?

No, you can't opt for one 100 mark subject.
