Mathematics as optionals
I have good background in mathematics. Should I opt the maths subjects that is pure mathematica and applied mathematica in CSS-2019 exam, please guide? Or they are low scoring? or wastage of time ? Please guide?

First of all check css syllabus of this subject and see if you could be able to prepare that well. Secondly, go through the past five years papers of this subject and see if you after preparation can solve those type of questions. After doing these two things , take the final decision.

I have taken a review of the syllabus of subjects. Most of the topics have been taught to us in undergraduate. is it thr case that it can not be revised or it ia difficult to?
