Default Is it mandatory to selection one subject from group 2?

Hi All,
I am new aspirant for taking exam of 2021 CSS.

Can some body help me out to select optional subject in group 2.
Actually I want to select both pure and applied mathematics subjects.

Can I take or not?
Thanks in advance.

Default Can I apply for css if the rules change? Please someone guide!

Can I apply for CSS if I get tax and public administration degree?
I have read a thread on this forum which says only these groups will be eligible if the rules change?

- MSc Computer Science and IT Eligible

- MBA Finance M.A Economics Eligible

- M.A IR eligible

- M.A Criminology and Law

- M.A Political Science, Public AD are eligible

So, will I be eligible or not? Please someone answer.

If you decide to select from group 2 you must select subject/subjects of 200 marks. So you can select for example only physics (200) or stats and applied maths (100+100 =200) or any such combination that gives you total 200 marks from this group.

In short. YES YOU CAN select Applied Maths and Pure Maths from this group together.
