sir waqas izhar
it would be so lucrative to know which book you presume is like a crux for mcqs of applied mathematics... just to get good practice! |

sister no need to prepare mcqs. i do not think they have come in the last ten year papers or so. and yes for pak studies do get Pakistan: Beyond the crisis state by maleeha lodhi.
aur agar mcqs prepare karna par gai tou koi bhi kitab kaafi nahi hogi |

Brother....I am bewildered by gradient curl divergence and laplacian orthogonal curvilinear coordinates.....wondering if you please apprise me that all other coordinate systems like cylinderical and rectangular Cartesian do not fall under the category of orthogonal curvilinear though they are curvilinear....! I am just dumbfound at the flare of the topic.... ,!

Orthogonal systems are only the ones who's coordinate axes cut each other at 90'. So Rectangular (in 2D) and Cartesian (in 3D) are rectangular systems only. Aur secondly, go for chapter of curvilinear coordinates only if you're depending greatly on Vector Part in part A. I don't think it's worth preparing such an ambiguous chapter just for 10 marks (if it may). Just an opinion
