Default Everyone post difficult problems regarding Diff Eq
Everyone who encounter any kind of problem regarding Differential Equations post here,,,,,,,
And seniors are requested to help in solving those problems..........
Here is the plan of Differential Equations......
1. one part comes from First order differential equations.
First order Equations are sub-divided into separable, homogeneous, exact, first order standard form equations & bernolli eq.
2. 2nd part comes form 2nd order Equations.........
It is sub-divided into constant coefficient, cauchy Eular, homogeneous (Undetermined coefficient & variation of parameters).
3. First part of 2nd question comes from solving Diff Eq using power series method
4 The remaining 3 parts are from or 1 1/2 questions come from PDE.
Out of 3 Question one is bound to solve two questions..................

do not forget cauchy euler of higher order.

But Yp shouldnt be = A + Bx + Cx2 + Dx3 + Ex4

I think your choice of Yp is right. May be something went wrong in the calculation.

Particular y has to be distinct from homogenous y. There is a common constant after initial selection of particular y. To make it distinct multiply particular y with x. The correct particular y is Ax5 to Ex. Clear?
