General Geology By S M Bunger is the simplest and easiest related syllabus.

Is geology easy and can it be prepared from scratch in 2 months?
I have science background (MPhil Bioinformatics) but have never studied geology and am worried about opting geology. Kindly guide me.

Those who wanna take geology just because of statistics will have to consider how geology could offset marks in stats. A gain here in stats and a heavy loss in geology will have what net effect? Point to ponder!

Grouping of subjects is unfortunate and one has to work with it.

Suppose one can score 80 in Stats and even 55 in Geology, even then 135/200 is pretty much ok score. Above this, the more, the better.
