Default help for determination of surface tension and stokes law

sallam to all aspirants! need a little help from you..please can any one of you share a link or the method for determination of surface tension experimentally.
one more favor from yours side, the experimental determination of viscosity of fluid by stokes law quite repeated in past papers with different marks allocated to same question for example, in one paper is assigned with 6 marks and in 1 paper 12 and in 1 paper 14?
whats will be the difference in detail for experimental determination, regardless of marks; but experiment remain the same:-( how can we justify it for 10 and 14 marks:-( ...
anxiously waiting for reply..
