Post Physics Books : first year and intermediate books

I have seen many, who are opting for physics, going after numerous Physics books recommended by fpsc. wait a minute! Aren't these books of the 1st year and intermediate physics good enough to kickstart preparation and use others books as supplements when needed?

Such kinds of questions have been circulating since people opted physics. First year and intermediate level books render no quality to tackle intricate questions in CSS exam. Professors who are going to put questions in CSS paper do not rely on Intermediate books for sure. If you hit high, you may achieve a little less but if you hit low, you would definitely achieve lesser. Go for the FPSC recommended books.

I applied with Physics as my optional subject. I start from F.Sc Part 1st and Part 2 just for revision and basic concepts and finally prepare from BS books or simply Paper A,B, C, D of B.Sc and also bought a book
Competitive Physics for CSS/PMS

But all these did not cover all syllabus as the syllabus revised Solid State Physics added and Electronics portion is exempted.
You can start from F.Sc but a minimum portion of CSS exams covered by the F.Sc books.
