Smile Book for paper 2

Kindly suggest a comprehensive book for paper 2 of physics.I am a chemical engineer so i can easily deal with paper 1 plus the nuclear section of paper 2 but feeling difficult to cover the electromagnetic section.

I used Halliday's Fundamentals of Physics and Engineering Electromagnetics by W. Hayt. But being an Electronics Engineer, these parts were already half prepared for me so I don't know how good these books will be for you.

For Quantum Mechanic, I used Serway's Modern Physics and Arthur Beiser's Concepts of Modern Physics, coupled with a few YouTube videos.

Solid State Physics is quite easy and doesn't even require a particular book imo, but the Modern Physics books I mentioned above can cover nearly all topics, they are too complex though so you might want to use Halliday's book for most topics, rest can be easily done through Internet.

If you'd like the Quantum Mechanics notes, please tell me. I have skipped one or two sub topics and didn't do one or two others in detail but the rest is quite detailed.

Good Luck
