Default Any senior who attempted PHYSICS as optional??

I have opted for PHYSICS as one of the optional. I understand it requires more work than the neighbors such as GEOGRAPHY etc, but i have interest in this subject. Its risky; can give you awesome lead or drop you drastically but any senior with his/her experience can share better info for they have been through times of preparations and EXAM!!

I have opted physics and gained 122 marks. Physics paper of CE- 2011 was conceptual.... But physics needs strong Physics background with numerical approach...

Dear Saba and Mahboob, Physics is a very good subject provided you have a strong background in it. The course followed for the preparation of the physics papers is Punjab University's Bsc Physics course. THeory is reasonably easy to comprehend for someone with science background (someone with computer science degree or engineering degree). But the numericals are tough. Mostly they are from the same book which has been recommended for PU Physics course.

In short prepare topics which are mentioned in the syllabus of CSS and try to solve 5 year papers. Hopefully you will make it easily in this subject.

Dear I have opted physic as one of my optional in CSS 2011. This time paper was just a piece of cake. If you want to opt the physic then one thing you have to keep in mind i.e hard work and do all problems from Intermediate books. This will help you a lot.
Regards
