I Humbly request to all the seniors please share your score in physics with attempt year. i have confusion about physics as i take it to my optional subject or not. most of my friends/css aspirants and seniors also tell me about physics as it is low scoring subject. So please share your score.

i became very upset with my phsics score as i was very well satisfied with my paper

Hi mentors,
Any one who can guide regarding selection of physics as one of the optional subject? I have engineering background and interest in physics. Would it be scoring? Thanks in advance!

I have Engineering background and i had opted Physics in CE-2014. Although it was not much of a serious attempt, but overall i am satisfied with Physics and will opt again in 2015. By careful analysis of past papers i think one can easily identify areas which are mandatory and leave others which are less important. Although i don't know about the scoring trend but i think if we can have good preparation there is no way we can't score fair marks. Because after all it's science and 2+2 make 4 in it as compared to arts where there is no definite answer to ANYTHING literally.

hii .. you must have attempted those questions which were supposed to be explained theoretically while there are so many other questions that are technical and proves etc ... did you do that too ?? attempted theory questions???

ONE needs to go in depth of every topic? or could be prepared from intermediate books of physics ?
as topics in papers are almost from Intermediate board karachi ???
kindly share ur experience

I have done BE in electronics from NED.
I find physics not difficult one as most topics are from intermediate syllabus .

I used both the intermediate and Bsc books and all of my numericals were correct... and was very hopeful about my marks but physics wasn't able to save me...

i am also in a state of confusion whether to select physics or not... I am a student of mechanical engineering and i found the syllabus easy .. all the topics of paper 1 are our courses throughout 4 year programs while paper 2 is related to electrical engineering theory. suggestions needed.
@ paras agha: When did you graduate? i am from NED as well.
