Kindly suggest which books are best to cover different parts of the new syllabus

i am preparing from a teacher he is teaching me in very details and conceptual by different books . i am just following him any ways books are for applied mathematics vector and tensor of khalid latif mir , and z.r bhatti
mechanics of Q k ghouri with his own some notes etc
