Hello buddy
Hope ur in good health

Bhai jaan agher isse forum ko koi pasand nahi karta tu isse ke members ki list thousands main nahi hoti.Pure maths was one of my optional but my senior recommend me to go for statistics at place of pure maths.Kyun ke isse ko cover karne ke liye firstly science background hona chaye aur lambha time honna chaye because it got really lengthy syllabus.Isse liye most of aspirants pure maths select nahi karte.Shayeed yahi waja hai ke forum main pure maths wale members boht kam hain.Anyhow, Dont b disc0uraged .U ll find help soon. Now cheer up

Take Care....

,,, .. pure mathematics is much better than applied coz.... for studying applied maths one must have a good background of pure maths.

@ Dia

You`re not bound to choose respective subject for any group. You can option any subject of your interest. Anyhow, You have to secure over all 600 marks for qualifing the exam. Explore the Pass standards for further assistance :

http://www.cssforum.com.pk/central-s...standards.html

If two aspirants acquire similiar marks and qualify the exam. They`ll be able to appear in interview regardless of subject differences.

Allah Nagheban,
