p-Value
The p-value is 0.35 and it lies in the acceptance region because the rejection region will be less than 0.05. So the p-value is insignificant.

First of all u will have to decide about the distribution. the question u asked do not give the complete information on the basis of which decision can be made about the type of distribution. It can be Z or student t distribution. Anyway lets suppose it is Z distribution, the alpha value of 0.05 in statistical table is 1.96 (in case of two tail test). now your query is about whether p=0.35 is significant or not significant (insignificant) depends on critical region which will ultimately depends on alpha value. since the p value lies in acceptance region (p value is less than alpha value) so we will conclude that test is significant at 0.05.
