i have read stat in B.com and M.com but only rudimentary knowledge e.g probability regression and correlation mean median mode. can u guide me should i opt it or not i saw past papers i have know how of questions asked in papers to some extent. which book is best for css and plz share strategy of preparation

I think you should not go for stats as such papers are very risky. You have to spend much time in preparation and still you will be at risk. Dont go for it until you are confident.
You have many better choices of other subjects.
