Operations and Supply Chain Management
 

The syllabus of business administration includes topics Operations Management and Supply Chain Management, however, I did not find a single question in past papers from these topics.
Are these topics not important at all? Should I be spending time to prepare these topics?

Well the syllabus of business administration has changed in 2016 and this is the new topic added in new syllabus. So there are just two exams gone in which it didn't come. But it may come in the following years...

This year as well question 6 is pertaining to supply chain and operation mgt. Topics covered were CSFs and operation capacity.

What I have seen is FPSC is putting atleast one question from each section of syllabus.

But if you don't have time to cover whole syllabus than you may skip it considering that you will attempt questions asked from other sections

I have already covered almost all topics of Management, Operations and Supply Chain in my MS degree. Therefore, I dont have any problem in this section. I am worried about finance section.

In finance section, what I jave observed, they question cream topics and don't go in deep roots, i-e ratios, capital budgeting etc.
