senior are required to help out by providing stuff for the following questions bcsz Balochisatn PCS exam is on head starting from 19 Nov 2016

1. what is public admn? identify and briefly describe the main constriants to effectively administer public affairs?
2. Discuss the role of public accounts committee to ensure transparency in govermental processes and procedures.
3. Describe the institutional mechanism of performance appraisal in civil service in pakistan. how far this performance appraisal in civil service has been successful to establish merit in civil service in Pakistan?
4. difference b/w Civil service structure and military service structure and mechanism of recruitement in Civil service in pakistan
5. what is the use operational research in public administration.
