Seniors are requested to help me to answer the following questions most repeated in Public Administration .

Q. How the Civil Service structure is different from Military Service structure?
Q. What measures can be taken to improve the relationship between central and local government?
Q. Describe the institutional mechanism of "performance appraisal" in civil service in Pakistan. How far has this "performance appraisal System" has been successful to establish merit in civil service in Pakistan?
