Default What went wrong with Public Administration

Public Administration has been considered as one of the highest scoring subjects for a long time. But in CE-2016/17 in general and CE-2017 in particular, this subject seems to be a hard hit. Majority of the candidates either could not pass it or scored very low. It has created a lot of apprehensions in my mind whether to opt it in CE-2018 or not. Please guide me and share your valuable analysis as well.
