60. It would be great if everyone shares their score so that we can understand where did we go wrong and thus improve on our weakness.

I checked a few dmcs in which majority of the candidates are somewhere between 30 and 50. Keeping in view the current trend,60 is really a good score. Can you tell me that what was your strategy and the books you studied for it?

Though I prepared it very well, I got only 35 marks.
I studied the subject for 25 days, and I was expecting maximum marks.
Do you have any clue what happened with it?

May I know your question-attempting strategy? I am afraid of the fact that many questions asked in the previous papers entails generalized knowledge. like, Riggs pragmatic model or judicial review with reference to watergate scandal.
I would be highly obliged if you could guide me in tacking such kind of questions.

plus, probably past papers's mcqs of 2016, 2017 are not available. As syllabus has been changed, what sort of mcqs they ask now?

For those asking my strategy. Here it goes.
I was least prepared for this subject. Could give around 6 to 7 days max! But in those days what i did was that i saw some lectures and videos on youtube of some pakistani administrators and some administrative issues, some videos made on hamza shafqaat sahab and problems he faced and things he did, few achievements of tasneem bukhari sahab and others. Reforms by david cameron to improve bureaucracy. Gave a glance to recommended books, i can approximate it to one day. Bought a book of indian administrative services exams on subject of public admin from urdu bazar karachi, that helped me a bit. Attempted question no 2 3 6 and 8. 2 went excellent, as i had opted us history, so knew a lot about nixon as well as seperation of power. Even made a diagram while explaining it. 6 went good, shared a couple of researches which i could recall. For 3 i had a bit of a hard time, as except for singapore could not think of an example, so attempted it generally, not a very good attempt i would say. In question 8 attempted zerobased budgetting where i explained it and gave an example, could have ended it in 10 lines, but dragged it without providing much material of subastance. On social policy i wrote "apni taraf se". Mcqs were like past papers, though mine did not go well,,, so question 2 and 6 must have earned me very good marks, 6 to 7 in mcqs, rest in other two questions.

What should you need else? You will improve it. Although I am a beginner. But 70 is very good score.
