the very same story was with me a couple of weeks ago. Liaqat Ali khan just printed the articles from different newspapers. thats not a actually a book, i will say that is collection of articles. anyhow, you can go for online lectures of VU on youtube. and you have to search things on your own. its hard to find any book for PA coz 18th amendment, local government structure, NFC latest and other recent events can't be prepared from the book.
