Achievements of Pakistan's Bureaucracy

Can someone please enlist some achievements or examples of achievements of Pakistan's bureaucracy? some economic,welfare, political and social, some recent examples would be appreciated.

Pakistan's bureaucracy has been divided into two tiers
1 Military 2 Civilian
achievments
a) Economic: Working of CIvil Goverments on NPM approach gave pace to service delivery and resulted enchrichment of economic sphere
b) social : Opening up of Kartarpur corridor has linked Sikhs of India and Pakistan and gave pace to peace keeping process
c) Political : Highlighting the Indian arrogant attitude towards Kashmiris on Internationa Media and Maintaing cordial relation with neighbouring and Musliam countries boosted the trade and economic sphere also
