Default Public Administration - PLZZZZZ HELP!!!

yesterday i was checking some acedemy if they teach PA but they told me that they r not teaching it any more coz students are not getting enuf marks and its not recommendable subject from last two three years.

after hearing this im now double minded whether drop this subject and take some other subject or try to study on my own...

meanwhile i hav IR & DS (international relations and developmental studies) degree and wht i see from PA course outline; its not difficult to attempt tis subject just needed some guidelines and a lot of help....

any suggestions...

@Mahin: I took Pub. Adm. and happy with, I studied it at my own with support from lecture CDs from Virtual University. I think if you are taking PA as optional subject, the same formula will work for you as well, rest its up to you.

@Mahin: CDs are available on online bookshop of VU you can go for them out there. Yes they provide hand outs. No, you cant get guidence from the lecturer since you will not a a registered student with the VU

@ Mahin: Follow this link. Click here and you will find the Bookshop listed in left handside pan of the website.

@Naveedtuf: I think to choose opt. subjects smartly matters alot. Firstly, you need to look at the subject list, the subjects that attract you on the basis of your previous educational background must be short listed. Secondly, you need to get hold of the past papers of the subjects that you have shortlisted. Have a complete look at them and then decide. This strategy worked with me and I hope you the same for you.

Best of luck!
