The members who have gone through the syllabus thoroughly and paper of P.Ad, kindly post your replies for this question.

Compare and contrast the bureaucratic model with new public management(NPM). Do you think NPM has replaced the bureaucratic approach to public administration? Support your views with examples from Pakistan.
