no one book covers whole syallabus of town planning. Town Planning by Rangwala is good but it covers some topics not all.... requires alot of searching work, i have some notes i can send if you needs

I would discourage you to read Town planning by Rangwala. It renders no quality to CSS level exam.

Never go for Town planning by Advanced Publishers....That is a disgusting copy paste job from internet....A really bad experience
