You can read my notes . Also learn a few things about the economics like supply and demand and their effects on prices, and monopoly. Refer also to the chapter 4: Housing from the Rangawala book.

You had opted Town Planning this year? I'm confused about selecting as my optional for 2018 because of its low pass percentage last year.

Wel I have Bachelors in the subject, so the subject wasn't alien to me. I relied on my past knowledge of the topics in syllabus and referred to some of the books recommended in the syllabus. While attempting the paper, I missed almost like 1 questions but still managed to get 54 marks.
