To all those who appeared in 2016 and 2017 in Town planning & Urban Management, Please I need your suggestion/guidance If I should go for this subject.

I've gone through the syllabus and downloaded some books and other material as well. I just want to know, how many marks did you guys score and was it easy to cover the syllabus?
