Preparation for British History
 

Salam
This thread is being started for the candidates who have decided to opt for British History.
Moreover, I will advice candidates to opt for British History.
I will be giving guess paper as well as important questions.
Then I will be giving notes on the important questions.
All the candidates are advised to keep in touch .
They should get hold of P.C.THOMAS and MACMILLAN and SOUTHGATE.
Then get hold of past papers.
I will give more guidelines in the coming lectures.

I am thinking to have British History as my optional.Will be great if you can provide such help.I will start my preparation from March 2008 and will have a go at CSS in 2009.I have few concerns will B.History be scoring enough and secondly will it be good for one having no back ground in it at all to have this as optional.I am an Electrical Engineer.

I think you should opt for British History.
It is a scoring subject and it is much shorter than other subjects.
Moreover, it will help in IR as well.
I will be posting about 30 important questions very soon.
But initially you should get hold of P.C.THOMAS and start reading it from James II .I think that is chapter no:14.
Start of please.

knock knock anybody there!!!! sir i dont know about others but i found your helping mission very interesting and wanted to get benifitted but with this pace.... i dont think so i,ll be able to cover british history for another decade:unsure: so please sir gear up and add more tips and suggestion to your thread. it will be appereciated

Hi, Sir can u post those 30 Important questions for British History which you had mentioned in this post......???

i ve also optd 4 brtsh hstry m gonna appear in 2012 so plz gv me dose 30 questions so dat i cn start as soon as possible
