I don't have any onlinelink to book but you can find details of each topic by googling it.
I have prepared from the books of V.D.Mahajan and Peacock.

Apart from that books by Grant and temperley, David thompson and Prof, Grey are also very useful.

I am preparing European History from VD Mahajan and L Peacock. I prepare my self for Sindh Public Service Commission Combined Competitive Examination 2013. I got 67 & 81 marks in EU history paper 1 and 2, respectively, in my first and final chance of CSS back in 2011.
