Avoid regular use of "Netspeak" or other "cute" grammar or spelling (For example: writing "R U a woman?" instead of "Are You a woman?").

First thing is to stop panicking, it won't do you any good. Pick one good book and better stick to it instead of distracting yourself with several. Go in the chronological order starting with the French Revolution. In paper-I, you can skip everything after the Franco-Prussian War (1971). In paper-II, you can skip everything post-WWII (do read it at least once though, for objective part). But you should have good grip on the remaining parts. The whole thing can be managed in one month. You can do the revision in January.
