Default Time to cover the syllabus

I have prepared 7 subjects and none of them took more than 15 days to cover. Can indo-pak history be prepared in 15 days time period as I heard about its syllabus being quite extensive?

Of course not!
It begins at 712 and ends at 2016.
This question is not answerable without knowing anything about
a) Your background.
b)The amount of time you study.

I gave it a month but I already had background. Only the 712-1857 was new for me.
But I like to know my kings thoroughly enough to either love or hate them. As in form
a personal opinion about them.
Babar- Charming and a survivor (The man never gave up).
Akbar- Fascinating, because of all the crazy stuff he did.
Humayun- An imbecile and a moron.

Well, let's analyze it.

These are the topics that you MUST learn to understand and analyze from all angles. Their good deeds along with their bad ones and the impact of their rule.

Important topics 712-1857
1. SULTAN MUHAMMAD BIN TUGHLAQ
2. MAHMOOD OF GHAZNA
3. SULTANATE OF DELHI
4. MUGHAL EMPIRE
5. MUGHAL ART, LITERATURE & ARCHITECTURE
6. SHER SHAH SURI
7. SHAH JAHAN
8. JALALUDDIN AKBAR
9. SULTAN MUHAMMAD GHORI
10. HAMAYUN
11. BABUR
12. SULTAN SHAMSUDDIN ILTUTMISH
13. AURANGZEB ALAMGIR
14. NOORUDDIN MUHAMMAD JAHANGIR
15. SULTAN GHYASUDDIN BALBAN
16. SULTAN ALAUDDIN KHILJI
17. ARAB ACQUISITION
18. MUSLIM SAINTS

As you can see, it is not a 15 day job. I, for one, couldn't study more than 1 king per day, for obvious reasons.
I didn't want to mix them all together. and you have to cover administration, character, downfall e.t.c

So after this lengthy analysis (If it's too long don't mind, for I am procrastinating )
It can't be done in 15 days.
But it's just a personal opinion. Maybe you are smarter than me and you don't mix stuff or maybe you have an eidetic memory. So, if you can, More power to you!

#Nazish you may be rightly describing the vastness of its syllabus as it was previously a 200 marks subject.
But what i extrapolated by going through the 2016 paper is that now we can attempt it by focusing post-1857 portion: 1 question from Muslims struggle, 1 from Pak movement & 2 from post-1947. We'll have to study this portion for pak affairs as well of which I have a little know-how as I have studied it throughout my educational career (even during my engineering course). As long as pre-1857 portion is concerned, I think I would to go for slective study-- few portions or past papers, at best. That's the only reason why i am going for indo-pak instead of usa history.
P.S I am just another aspirant striving for a much-cherished dream & genious by no means. Instead, to some extent, a dull student as I have to revise the course at least 3 times to produce it in paper

Maybe you are right!
But as far as I remember there were 3 questions from pre-1857 period. 3 out of 7 can be ignored too. But one can't be sure if FPSC will abide by it's so-called pattern.
Anyhow, to each his own

Experience of my past is that hard work go to fail smart wor lead to pass. I researched 4 to 5 books for every subject unfortunately could not achieve target. The student who have passed just took grip in Top 10 repeated topic from every subject. I am eye witness of my Topper friend. Only he was covering repeated topics and topped in Sindh.

Yeah you have a point but i can't afford to allocate 30 days for a 100 marks subject.. i may go for us history then; though i have no interest in it but it has relatively shorter course
