I will endorse the views of Jani that one can score good in Indo Pak History provided he has prepared well. I will say one more thing too, no subject is less than any other subjects, it all depends on one's preparation and smart work plus skill of attempting the question.

One should give critical view not just the history to achieve best out of it......no doubt quotations of different historians increase potential of your paper.

@Waeed,

K.Ali & M.Sohail Bhatti for Paper 1
M.Sohail Bhatti, Ikram Rabbani and Ishtiaq Hussain Qureshi, K.K.Aziz
Paper 2

1. Make a short copy of important points of every event for last time revision before going for the paper.
2. Quote historians and writers, where necessary.
3. Have a look at MCQs of previous question papers of last 5 to 10 years.
4. Have Knowledge of current national issues at ur finger tips.

K.Ali I and II and Sohail Bhatti were enough in my case so I will recommend that you should have a look at them else choice is yours.
