paper I can be prepared from the books by Sohail Bhatti and K.Ali
The book by sohail bhatti deals with paper I in a very comprehensive manner.

Paper II : struggle for pakistan by I.H.Qureshi (pre-partition)
constitutional and political history of pakistan by Hamid Khan (post partition)

If u want to prepare from one book then Pakistan Affairs by Ikram Rabbani can help u prepare paper II of indo pak history.
