Default Change of Pattern of History of Indo Pak Paper 1

Those who appeared in this paper must have observed that pattern of the paper had changed completely.CSS trends reveal that a specific pattern is repeated for three years. So next year ,same kind of the paper can be expected.

I want to ask to all members, especially those who scored well in the paper that what strategy should be adopted ,in order to score well in this paper?

for my CSS2010 attempt, i never went through the K.Ali material and on many occasions i stressed the "worthlessness" of the book for CSS exams. However, a few would agree to my point of view. I guess my point is proved now...

i think its always recommended to consult more than one book in css perspective, for any subject... its hard to consult all the books but its very easy to go through some standard books.

Dears if u have read K.Ali's book thoroughly then u must know that whole of the paper was from that book. the problem arisen only for those candidates who opted for selective studies(myself is also one of them). So, one must not blame K.Ali becz there s no fault with his book but the problem is with our style of reading the books and preparing for the exam.

yeah i think this K Ali book is really fine.it has material.what else you want.we need to now the details.what happened back in past.it has every detail.
but in paper question can be asked in any modified form.in paper we need to understand the question then put down the facts carefully.i dont know why people say that this book is just rubbish or any other thing.
but yes dont rely on it alone.take help from wikipedia, google books and see some history websites so that we have the multiple point of view.

umarabbas.....you really have fine understanding of this subject.i have noticed it.

but i am astonished that you just ignored this book.which book you used then.which websites.

really we want to know from you.come answer us.

any other friends who have passed this subject plz tell us your experience too.

tc.

Well i bought this book. Gave it a general reading and then threw it away. It's not good. This book is famous amongst the people, who want Okay results in as little time as possible.

I used the following books (i gave paper 2 a general look and did not study deeply)

1- The Delhi Sultanate by Mahajan
2- The Mughal Throne by Abraham Eraly
3- Book by Ishwari Prasad.
4- Qureshi.

throwing rubbish books away is some thing which i really love to do.but at least you gave this book a reading.that's the real thing.

other books which you mentioned are really great.K.Ali book has no standing before these books.these are genuine books.
that's why your grasp over this subject is so deep and scholarly.

thanks for sharing them with us umar.and best of luck.
