Default How League of Nations and Treaty of Verssailes were materialized despite disapproval?

Respected seniors and sir naveed,

We know from history that League of Nations and Treaty of Verssailes were disproved by US senate as well the Big Four at Paris Conference. How did they materialized despite Senate and Big Four (UK, France,Italy,Japan) disapproval. This is re-iterated that it was Treaty of Versialles that actually culminated WW1.

Woodrow Wilson confidently expected the USA to join the League of Nations. But many Americans hated the idea. Many had been against US involvement in the war, and they certainly did not want the USA to get entangled in European affairs after 1919. While Treaty of Versailles was rejected by Senate on the basis of primary objections to the League of Nations. The U.S. would never ratify the treaty or join the League of Nations.

Thanks alot sir for your worthy reply. Then how US takes the credit for establishing League of Nations as it was never approved by their cabinet. Secondly, If any proposal is unratified by US Cabinet still it holds any international value and can be approved by International member states?
Many Thanks sir
