Either History can be opted. However, US history is comparatively shorter in syllabus.
But, you need to have a good look at the syllabi of both subjects.
Choose whichever appeals most to you.
As far as complementing other subjects is concerned, both subjects have their merits.
Indo-Pak history will help a lot with the history portion of Pakistan Affairs. It also helps with some portions of Political Science.
US history is comparatively less in sync with the rest of your subjects.
However, your choice should be based on what you like. You can cover a lengthier subject if you love learning about it.
On the flip side, you will get stuck on the shortest subject if you don't really feel like it interests you.

Hope this helps.

I will advise you to consider Gender Studies with this combination, it has short subject and its genre is similar to criminology and sociology. Or you can even opt Public Ad/ GPP, they both go well with Pol Science. But if you have planned to opt history, then I will suggest opt Indo-Pak History, as US History will be a mismatch with this combination.
