First, start reading the book "World Politics: Trend and Transformation" by Charles W. Kegley. From this book, you can get the concepts of IR easily. Thenceforth, make further readings or research in order to enhance your knowledge if you wants to.

Walikum Salam.
You can search on Youtube, International Relations lectures by Parkash Sargani. Those lectures are quite helpful in the beginning.

Well , there are plenty of videos on you tube .Just type the name of the topic and you will get all the videos ..You have to consult both videos and books (Recommended ones ,not those of local publishers).
Select a topic ,for example -international security .
Watch its video lecs on youtube
Then study the same topic from recommended books..
The sequence can be reversed .For instance , book then videos .
Do as suits you .
Do not confuse yourself about such things .Learn as per your comfort .There is no specific way of learning .
Good luck
