The exact pronunciation is Muhammad PBUH .. In Arabic each word equivalent to 'O' has a 'paish' on it and should be pronounced for example as 'Muu' and not at 'Mo' .. Similarly the words with 'Zair' are to be pronounced as 'I' and not as 'E' as in 'Yeh' .. It is common practice in Pakistan and India to pronounce Arabic wrongly and write spellings based on that pronunciation .. Simple reason is that we tend to pronounce Arabic as per Urdu accent .. For example in 'Baad e Sabaa' pronounced as 'Baaday Sabaa': this 'e' giving effect of 'a' is prevalent in Persian and Urdu and has nothing to do with Arabic ..

Similarly the argument that one should write S.A.W and not SAW is also flawed .. Remember SAW is an abbreviation and so is in all capitals .. The word people confuse it with is 'saw' (the tool) .. It is self evident that if one writes SAW in all capitals it is an abbreviation of something instead of a word ..

Regards ..
