The least which you can do, if not more, is that you should consult Top-20 questions book of your each optional paper.

kindly tell that mazhar ul haq book for islamic history is enough for both papers?
this book consist of 4 parts and i wanna ask which part enough for paper 1 and which for paper 2?

There are 2 books of Mazhar ul Haq, one for Paper 1 and the other for Paper 2 .. Both are good books but you'd need to study one or two other sources alongside in order to get high marks .. For full information regarding sources and techniques follow the link given below ..
