Islamic H&C Paper CE-13
Don't you think Paper-I of 2013 Islamic H&C is more difficult than Paper-I of its previous years as comparison of more than half of the Qs with modern world is asked to make in CE-13?
|
I think the MCQ's were easy in both papers but the sunjective was extremely lenghty and difficult. It had no history in it specially in Paper 2. The paper was literally general in approach as it asked you to apply everything to contemporary world except a couple of direct questions.
There was hardly any expected question like on Muhammad the Conqueror. Sulemayn the Magnificient Abd Rahman,1 2 3 of Spain. |
And its not good!

Change of Topic

Kindly change the topic of this thread from "Islamic H&C Paper CE-13" to "Islamic H&C CE-13 Analysis". Thanks. |
No doubt papers were unconventional but in CSS one is not supposed to reproduce only factual evidences from past, its the analytical skill that matters the most. Learning from history is more important than remembering it. Questions like how Mithaq-e-Madina can be employed now and that of revival of Abbasid advancement are worthy questions.

I agree. :clap But if you look at past papers of Islamic H&C you would not find such analysis as you find in its paper-I of CE-13 :excl: And don't you think it gives more space to checker to reduce marks? :thinking |

Paper checker is an absolute authority :) Yes! Argumentative questions' rating depends upon one's arguments and response of examiner, yet if one has given strong arguments, marks will shower. |
The Point

That's the point. I don't know why CSPs on this forum don't comment on my posts :( http://www.cssforum.com.pk/css-optional-subjects/group-h-regional-languages/sindhi/75514-sindhi-high-scoring-subject.html |
Well it was the kind of paper where one can safely say that either the marks will shower or the sun will burn you dry :p
