No,you cannot. Only Islamiat (compulsory) can be attempted in Urdu or English.

oh i thought its only about English and composition and Essay -- You mean they will deduct Marks on the basis of grammar mistake while attempting paper?

Yes grammatical errors would lead yiu to marks deduction but not as much as it would cost you in English Essay and Composition.

I don't agree with other respected members that deductions are made subject to grammatical errors in optional papers. Though you just have to convey your thoughts without any ambiguity and grammatical blunder, means to say grammatical mistakes are often ignored provided that you have not committed any blunder leading to ambiguity.
