Is treaty of Madina and Sulaih hudaybiah same?
is treaty of Madina ( messaq e Madina) and Sulaih hudaybiah one and the same thing or no?

No, they are different. Treaty of Hudaibiya occurred in 6 hijri at Hudaibiya, a place near Makkah, when Quraish didn't allow Prophet Muhammad PBUH and his companions to enter in Makkah for pilgrimage.
Constitution of Medina was written shortly after hijrah to end the inter-tribal disputes within Madina.
