upto my research i hav noted that some tymes journalism gives good marks in range of 60+ ,, 70+ are rare and mostly i saw 50 below marks

in forestry i saw good marks bt also seen 50 below,not single bt many

m not scared of prepration,i js want a scoring subject,,so its really a confusion in journalism n forestry

so i think that if forestry take much tym thn journalism in prepration n still there is a chance of low score thn i will not select it, i would go for journalism that can be prepared in 9 days with 10 hours per day,dont know abt forestry prepration time :(.. ..

now plz give me advice ?????

I fear you have been seeing old results and comparing them. look, aik misaal hai 'itt chuko, te thalon journalism da student nikalda' wali baat hai. every second person opts for journalism. hence, increasing the competition, to is main wohi survive kray ga jo paper ko smartly tackle kray ga, or definitely jis ne journalism parh rkhi hai woh yeh ache tareeqe se kray ga ya at least usko edge hai is cheez pe. journalism pichle do saal se koi bohot acha result nahi de rha.

or apko kis ne kah dia k ap 10 hours per day aik subject prh payen ge? no you can't. agar ap ne parh bhi lia to yaqeen krain uska faida nahi ho ga. productivity level bohot low ho ga, to is cheez ka faida nahi k ap itna input dain or level low ho output ka.

so be it journalism or forestry, 10 hours a day usko prhna mushkil hai. 4 hours se ziada prhna mushkil hoga.

let me just ask you that did you go through past papers of forestry and journalism both? if you did not, first go through them.

secondly, don't aim at finishing it in 10 days by 10 hours a day. make it 15 days, and 3 hours a day.

Look closely at forestry's syllabus, it got some connection with your business background in some ways.

statistics and research methods se kuch na kuch know-how apki hai so you wont feel it all alien.
'Management' part bhi qabil.e.ghor hai, because you are well aware what management really is and you can relate your knowledge over here, i mean if relevant.
Policy, Law, protection should already not be a great deal to prepare for a student of management.
surveying and engineering bhi bohot though nahi ho ga if you studied Project Management too.

so, I would recommend you Forestry on the basis of syllabus. It is going to take less time.

I am waiting for result. and I did not opt for forestry, this is my general insight on the subject, plus have come to know by few other friends.

now, mark the most repeated questions. prepare them first, then cover the leftover topics. solve past paper MCQs for objective preparation. I think you should be able to prepare it in 10-15days.

i will suggest jouralism, because it's quite a general subject and anyone can easily prepare it within the short period of time. It is a scoring subject with the exception of 2010 and such kind of upsets are equally possible for any other subject as well. Don't go for the awkward choices. Be easy.

well forestry is not an okward choice,,infact its gud as compare jo journalism,,, bt i was not opting it cz i had not much knowledge of forestry,,, , bt i hav knowledge of journalism,,,its really a low scoring ,, i hav seen many of DMC's.. . .n the persons who hav gud marks in it are js in 60 + but in forestry toppers are even in 80+
if u have any point thn plz justify it with sallybus,examples etc... .
