For Literature aspirants in Islamabad-Pindi
Hello aspirants,
I am planning to give my CSS in the year 2014 and have selected English Literature as an elective subject. I was wondering if other aspirants from Islamabad and Pindi who have or want to opt for Literature wanted to have a brief study session, say, once or twice every week. Personally, I have a solid background in Literature having studied the subject in my O-Levels, A-Levels and Bachelors from PU alongside having a deep personal interest in English Literature. I look forward to a discussion based session since the subject itself is primarily based on argumentative and critical analysis regarding the content, the text and the author and their respective literary time periods. I request only serious aspirants to reply to this post after which we can settle the location of our first session in the coming few weeks. |
Seriously guys? No one? Not a single reply.

Yes I will be appearing in CSS 2014 too but will start the preparation soon. For now I am thinking of preparing for the preliminary test that is to be held in the month of September. I am up for combined study regarding English Literature. Whenever you have made a final decision of opting Literature, let me know and we can arrange a meet up. What other subjects besides International Relations have you chosen? |
Jounalism, Pub.Admin, Merc.Law, IR and Constitutional Law. Eng. Lit is too, I dunno, narrow, I guess. Not gonna opt for it. Besides you're required to have knowledge about the writers and their influence in society etc too.
