CE 2018 Marks

Dear 2018 aspirants, kindly share your marks of Environmental Science and also share your preparation strategy. How much time is necessary to give to this very subject?

Well I must say it depends on a person. If he/ she is determinant or consistent then 10-12 days are more than enough (and this timeline is for those aspirants who do not know the ABC of this subject). Secondly i must say aspirants should not rely on books that are available in market (For me those books are useless and waste of money). Just make your own notes, read quality books and foreign authors and comprehend the topic. Soon you will fall in love with this subject.

For what I comprehended from the syllabus of environmental science, all topics are interlinked with each other and the subject is limited to the topics like climate change, natural resources, their concepts and related agreements on national and global level. Anyways, I'm preferring this subject to gender studies. What do you suggest?

Don't misguide aspirants. As many of you are saying that it can be covered in 10-12 days. It has a lengthy outline and considerable amount of time is required to make an empirical, technical, outstanding and philosophical observation. By 10-12 days of preparation, you may be able to get 40-45 marks, but that makes no sense when it comes to C.S.S competition. A standard time required to cover this subject would be 30-40 days, based on deep analysis of the subject and keeping in view the contemporary trend of paper-setting combined with marks trend from the past three exams.
