Kindly help.. As i m very confused.. I have medical background and I can't which subject should i choose.. Which one is more scoring?

syllabus of GS is short and environmental science is lengthy.In my opinion, both of them were scoring in last two years . Its better to see past papers and syllabus then you can take a better decision.

As you have science background, ES might be good for you but again it depends on one's aptitude. you can check syllabus and past papers.
and I'm also opting it for CE 2020. Can we discuss our preparation strategies?

I have opted ES in css 2019, it was good to grasp. Still I had little time to give to subject but hopefully I have managed well, let's see when my dmc will come i will share with you
