Dear fellows! if you are opting Urdu, then you must have to study Amjad Ali Shakir and Sohail Bhatti's book. Sohail Bhatti's book will help you more than Amjad Ali Shakirs's book.

Default maximnm high score in urdu

thanks a lot for your precious input .

can you tell me maha that how much maximum marks a person can obtain from the urdu subject. you would have seen those who have opted for urdu and have secured good marks. so how much high score that was and who much you are expecting from your paper.

second is that necessary to join an academy isn't that possible that we just prepare this subject at library.

i dont know about the highest marks in urdu..Dr Noor ul Ain Fatima&a guy Shafqat Abbas got the highest marks in css 2008...(both marks were equal in urdu)...i could not say anything about my papers before the final result..yes,but i will say that i could not perform well in urdu, but that was because of my own folly...i opted urdu during my graduation and secured 145 marks in it(2nd highest marks in my college)..thatswhy i become overconfident about this subject...and that was a blunder from my side....as far as your second question is concened,i joined Officers Academy, and took regular classes there...sir Sarfraz is really a nice teacher,,,but everybody has his/her own experience..teachers/acsdemies can guide you only..its upto u how you can prepare a subject...dont be confused after opting the urdu,,its not a very very tough subject...just make a target and then try to achieve it with full zest....open your book and start your preparation now
with all success

Dr. noor-ul-Ain obtained 124 marks in Urdu. I think these are highest marks ever obtained in css.

Sure, you can break this record easily. 124 marks are sufficient.

Amjad Ali Shakir book is best for CSS urdu preparation..It will depend upon your own prep status and ur interest..if you have the ability to cram some verses of the famous urdu poets then you must opt it(cz you have to quote their poetry in Paper two)..Dr Noor secured 124 marks in Urdu in CE 08..and i think its the highest marks in Urdu..U can easily cover this subject in 1 month..

According to my limited knowledge,Science subjects are more securing. But bhai i must say, getting marks is second question, first is to handle the paper well.I am going to opt Urdu because i have strong grip over it and i'm sure whatever the paper would be,it is not going to make me worried inshallah.Science subjects are scoring if you get paper easy for you but if you get anxious, scores remain behind!
Regards
